Regularly updated patient access data is available for all VA Medical Centers and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics including average wait times, number of patients waiting for a scheduled appointment and number of patients that cannot be scheduled for an appointment in 90 days or less. Once enrolled, you can schedule or cancel an appointment in different ways.
If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule you sooner and offer your appointment to another Veteran.

If you are registered with My HealtheVet you can send a Secure Message directly to your provider to change or cancel an appointment.
Call your Primary Care Provider or send a secure message through My HealtheVet to schedule an appointment. If you haven't been assigned a Primary Care Provider and have already enrolled you may walk into our Intake Clinic, Monday through Friday (except holidays) and be seen.
