Be Careful in the Summer Heat
We want to remind everyone to be careful in this hot weather in Southern California. Read the tips for preventing heat-related illness and don't forget pets are susceptible to heat also. See the list of cooling stations near you.
New Clinic near Medical Center
We are excited to announce that we are expanding our General Internal Medicine section and have opened a new off-site module. Protect Yourself from Whooping Cough
The State of California is continuing to see a rise in cases of whooping cough. Whooping cough is a contagious disease that can be passed easily from person to person. It is very serious for babies and can cause them to cough so much that they cannot breathe. Whooping cough can cause adults or teens to have severe coughing that leads to vomiting or broken ribs. You should ask your doctor about the new Tdap vaccine that includes a tetanus and diphtheria booster and also protects against whooping cough. Learn more.

Can't Keep Your Appointment?
Last month, more than 2,000 patients were unable to keep their appointments. Because we did not hear from them, we were unable to reschedule that time for other veterans. If you can't make your appointment, let us help you re-schedule.
