Medical Center Closed for Thanksgiving, November 26
In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, the Medical Center outpatient services will be closed. If you need to be seen urgently the Emergency Department is open.
Community Clinics Closed for Thanksgiving, November 26 and November 27
The five community clinics will be closed Thanksgiving Day and the next day in observance of the holiday.
New Visitor Guidelines
Due to the recent increases of flu cases (Influenza) in the community and for the safety of our patients, visitors and staff, visiting is limited to:
Visitors 18 years of age and older Two visitors per patient in inpatient areas Visitors WITHOUT the following symptoms:
- Fever plus: Cough, Sore Throat, Runny Nose, Body Aches and Headaches

Last month, more than 2,000 patients were unable to keep their appointments. Because we did not hear from them, we were unable to reschedule that time for other veterans. If you can't make your appointment, let us help you re-schedule.
