Automated Refill Line

An automated refill line is available for all VA Loma Linda Healthcare System patients. Please call one of the following numbers —

  • (909) 777-3259
  • (909) 825-7084, extension 3259 

If you are using the automated refill line, all refills should be ordered at least 21 days prior to when the refill is due to insure prompt processing and delivery time.

Medications will be mailed in 7 to 10 days after processing the refill.  If you are out of medication, you should contact your module pharmacist or the Medical Center's Outpatient Pharmacy to obtain an emergency supply.  Most medications, including refills, will be mailed to your home.  An initial supply of newly prescribed, emergent medications can be issued through the community clinics.

Internet Refill

Prescriptions may also be filled online using VA's My HealtheVet program. You will need a user id and password to log in. If you do not have one, you can easily get one by creating your personal profile.

Refills at VA Loma Linda Medical Center Pharmacy

All Veterans are encouraged to refill their prescriptions by phone or Internet.

New Prescriptions

No need to wait after your appointment for your medications to be filled.  VA Loma Linda Pharmacy Staff will send your medications directly to your home.  Medications will arrive within 3 business days.

Inpatient Pharmacy (inpatient hospitalized Veterans only)
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

All of the above services, except for the inpatient pharmacy, are closed on all federal holidays.
