Vet to Vet Program
This program is for Veterans to be part of a group that is facilitated by other Veterans.
- Information shared is confidential
- Groups are facilitated by two trained Veterans
- Participants learn and support each other
- Groups provide for growth and recovery through education and sharing of experiences.

- Life After Loss Workshop
- Share coping tools
- Discuss triggers
- Discuss stages of grief
- Mindfulness Workshop I & II
- Structured exercises
- Learn to calm the body to relax and sleep better
- Learn to cope with overwhelming feelings and pain
- Self Esteem/Pathways to Recovery
- Workbook is utilized
- Components of Wellness Recovery Action Plan are integrated in the discussions
- Sobriety Support Group
- Learn coping tools
- Sharing community resources
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Support and Education
- Discuss life with TBI
- Learn coping tools
- Wellness and Recovery
- Help recognize signs of feeling uncomfortable in a situation and learning to reduce or modify these feelings.
- Encourage empowerment and personal responsibility
- Encourages wellness and strengths rather than weakness and disability
