Our goal is to provide you with outstanding health care and excellent service; and it is our hope that your care at our facility exceeds your expectations. We recognize there may be times when a patient or family member has an issue which requires our attention. Because the best time to let us know of any concern or question is at the time it happens — so we can resolve it as quickly as possible — we have established several programs to assist you.
Patient Ambassadors
No matter which service you visit when you come to Loma Linda VA, you will always be able to find one of our many patient ambassadors. They can address and resolve your concern in their area.
Patient Advocates
Loma Linda VA has on staff two highly-skilled patient advocates and a patient relations assistant who are eager to help you with your concern in a timely manner. The Patient Advocates:
- Serve as liaisons between patients,the medical center and our community clinics
- Act on the patient's behalf
- Help patients understand their rights and responsibilities
- Our patient representatives are located on the 1st floor of the Medical Center.
Survey of Healthcare Experience of Patients
After your visit, you may receive a confidential questionnaire in the mail asking you about your most recent outpatient or inpatient treatment at our medical center.
If you were not competely satisfied with your experience, please contact Mr. David Holt, Customer Service Manager, at (909) 583-6133 prior to answering this survey so that we have an opportunity to make immediate corrections. Information that you provide in the survey does not allow us to follow-up on individual concerns.
