Once enrolled , you can schedule or cancel an appointment in different ways.

If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule you sooner and offer your appointment to another veteran.

Making an Appointment

Call your Primary Care Provider to schedule an appointment.  If you haven't been assigned a Primary Care Provider and have already enrolled you may walk into our Intake Clinic, Monday through Friday (execept holidays),and be seen.
