A welcome smile, a shoulder to lean on, our experienced staff are waiting to assist you as you return home from the service. Transitioning back into a civilian can hold many challenges for our Veteran families and we encourage you to come in and speak to our Transition Team.  Let them assist you in making a smooth transition from your military life. The team led by Program Manager Jaqueline Taylor has helped over 9,600 returning service members.
